7月2日中午九点半左右，律师刘陆训顶着一头的汗，睁着略显疲惫的眼睛，走进位于西北政法大学南校区教学楼五楼的劳动法诊所。诊所里，已经有三个学生在接听咨询热线，并详细地记录着。

刘陆训是这家由国际劳工权益基金会（ILRF）资助，西北政法大学经济法学院创办的学生社会实践教学与劳工法律服务机构的专职律师。

于今年4月份启动的西北政法大学劳动法诊所，由《劳动合同法》草案组成员之一、西北政法大学经济法学院教授谢德成担任负责人，并招聘了专职律师及一批西北政法大学经济法学院的优秀学生，奉承着"探究理念、创新方法、服务劳工、培养人才"的宗旨，通过案例研讨教学、劳工权益纠纷代理、劳工咨询等形式，实现服务劳工，培养人才的目的。

对此，劳动法诊所的负责人，西北政法大学劳动法与社会保障法研究中心主任谢德成说，诊所要为劳动者维权，同时培养学生，培养他们公正正义的理念。
